Armed with a vision, this interactive workshop will help you to ride the highs and lows of life so that you can stay on track to achieving your PERSONAL BEST.

A highly practical workshop, you will develop your 'EQ' and gain valuable tools and techniques that will support you as you encounter the changes ahead.

Executive Coaching: Series of 4 Coaching sessions using the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory Tool (LSI1 & 2):

Based on a combination of respected psychological and measurement theories, the LSI 1 measures the thoughts and attitudes which motivate your behaviour, how you relate to others as well as how you solve problems and make decisions.

But what about the impact of our behaviour on others?  Do they see the same qualities that you see in yourself?  As you grow to become a more effective manager and leader, one of the most serious difficulties is a lack of feedback.  The LSI 2 enables you to look at yourself through other's eyes providing essential information for personal and professional development.  And, because inventory results are confidential, honesty and accuracy are greatly enhanced.
