Based on a combination of respected psychological and measurement theories, the LSI 1 measures the thoughts and attitudes which motivate your behaviour, how you relate to others as well as how you solve problems and make decisions.
But what about the impact of our behaviour on others? Do they see the same qualities that you see in yourself? As you grow to become a more effective manager and leader, one of the most serious difficulties is a lack of feedback. The LSI 2 enables you to look at yourself through other's eyes providing essential information for personal and professional development. And, because inventory results are confidential, honesty and accuracy are greatly enhanced.
