Jo Workman
I’m a business facilitator specialising in leadership, mindset and sales. I have 25 years’ experience supporting leaders and their teams across every industry.
As an executive coach and workshop facilitator, I specialise in the behavioural psychology of success. The curiosity behind coaching, the adding-value focus behind sales, the confidence and accountability behind great behaviours etc. I help clients take their execution to another level by sharpening both their skills and the mindsets that underpin great execution.
I’ve worked across Europe and Australasia in most industries, predominantly with corporates but also with charities and not for profits. Originally an academic, my Masters and DPhil from Sussex University (UK) explored diversity in leadership and the nature/worth of leadership education.
My style is warm, empathetic, yet no nonsense. Colleagues and clients often note my ability to get to the heart of the matter and challenge constructively. I create a non-judgemental, yet accountable space enabling clients to engage with their situation and behaviours honestly. What are we prepared to do to change/improve?! I believe in being curious and self-compassionate. Lasting change rarely comes from self-criticism—but rather from understanding, acceptance, and a deliberate choice to improve. I’m a coach who will tell you like it is, and back you 100% to turn it around.
As a mother to five, ranging from 25 to 8 years, there is nothing professionally that can daunt me!
