I’m an ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) accredited Level 7 executive coach, leadership facilitator, and experiential learning specialist. Since 2010, I’ve worked with senior leaders to enhance their impact, communication, and behavioural effectiveness. With a background in sales and marketing—and as a trained actor—my approach is grounded in a deep understanding of performance, communication, and influencing skills.

I’ve had the privilege of delivering programmes internationally, particularly across EMEA and APAC, for global clients in professional services, law, education, the public sector, and non-profit organisations. My work focuses on leadership development and personal growth, and I’m a passionate advocate for the use of applied theatre techniques in learning.

As an EMCC accredited coach, I’m often described by clients as warm, relaxed, and personable. I aim to adapt my approach with sensitivity and intelligence, combining emotional insight with a strong sense of empathy. I listen carefully, offer objective challenge, and strive to create a space where people feel supported to grow.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me running along the coast or swimming in the North Sea.
