Our Approach
We partnered with the Full Circle Events leadership team to co-create a structured, engaging, and inclusive transformation process. This began with a Statement of Intent, developed through a combination of strategic facilitation, practical tools, and pre-work insights.
Key components included:
- Pre-work analysis to surface honest insights and themes, gathered anonymously and presented at the workshop to inform open and focused discussion.
- Face-to-face workshops designed to align the leadership team around a shared vision, strategic goals, and a practical execution plan.
- Project team formation, with each team owning a priority area and creating a 1–2 page roadmap outlining how their goals would be achieved.
- Follow-up sessions to review progress, contract next steps, and agree roles, responsibilities, and potential areas for leadership development.
