To develop First Line Leaders
Liberty wanted a programme to support their high-performing technical specialists and those new to line management as they transitioned into their first leadership roles. This programme is part of a broader strategy to cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team culture and ensure new managers are equipped to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Our Approach
Ethical Quest partnered with Liberty to design and deliver a bespoke New-to-People Leader programme for virtual cohorts of up to 18 participants. This blended learning experience integrates Liberty’s existing resources (LinkedIn Learning, TED Talks, and prior DEI content) with our own interactive and high-impact facilitation. Each session included a minimum of two breakout activities to embed learning, encourage reflection, and promote peer sharing.
This programme goes beyond leadership theory. By using Liberty’s language, cultural aspirations, and strategic goals, we ensured the experience felt relevant, personal, and actionable. Participants weren’t just introduced to new skills—they practised them, reflected on their impact, and began showing up as the leaders Liberty needs.
Core modules delivered by Ethical Quest included topics such as:
- Building self-awareness, clarifying personal values, and enhancing emotional intelligence to manage priorities and performance.
- Fostering inclusive leadership, delivering feedback, coaching for growth, and leading with authenticity and empathy.
- Creating psychologically safe, equitable teams that collaborate effectively and contribute to business outcomes.
