I am a global sales development consultant that has worked in 30 countries over four decades. My current focus is empowering professionals at all levels by blending research-backed theory with real-world applications.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients across sectors such as IT, Finance, Medical, Agriculture, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Aerospace.
I am the author of two successful books, The Personal Success Pocketbook and The Learner’s Pocketbook, both published in ten languages with over 100,000 copies of each sold.
I work as both a designer and facilitator of learning experiences covering virtual, face to face, simulations and forum theatre. Most recently I have worked with clients including London Business School, Google, Konecranes, Oxford University Press, Boegringer Ingleheim, Amazon, Cytiva and B Braun.
My approach involves a commitment to lifelong learning, making my training engaging, insightful, and practical. I foster a collaborative atmosphere, that encourages practical discussion where participants feel comfortable exploring and applying new ideas. I have an approachable style, depth of industry knowledge, and an ability to make complex ideas accessible and relevant.
Beyond work, I am an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures, savoring unique dining experiences, and enjoying the vibrant world of theatre. I enjoy exploring new ideas through TED Talks, articles, books and podcasts.
