Natasha is British-born actor and facilitator, currently based in New York and with experience in Hong Kong and Asia markets. She has held the role of Client Partner -Design & Delivery to co-create Learning & Development programmes for the clients that optimise the use of the experiential and Theatre-Led Learning approaches.
After graduating from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Law degree, Natasha worked for the leading law firms including Allen & Overy, and Simmons & Simmons. Over the subsequent decade she extended her career into HR, Human Rights, Marking and Sustainability working with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a number of start-ups and boutique consultancies.
Natasha is skilled in navigating the complexities of the corporate matrix and brings her skills in stakeholder relations experience to bear in the leadership learning space! She is known for her clear, impactful, influential communication (both internally and externally).
Alongside her work in the theatre-led learning design and facilitation, she continues to work as a professional actor. She brings applied theatre methodologies (using techniques such as roleplay, realplay, forum theatre, playback, improvisation and storytelling) to workshops around inclusive leadership, effective teamwork, psychological safety, communication & dialogue, team building & engagement, stress management and resilience and professional/personal wellbeing.
Natasha has worked with diverse and intercultural teams, in clients across the business, financial, media, education, charity and entertainment sectors.
Natasha’s stage roles include A midsummers Night’s Dream, The Craft, and the world premiere of The Butcher by Andrew Biss. She directed her first stage production in 2019 and continues to develop as a director. Natasha is also well-regarded vlogger, voice-over artist and radio presenter.
