Vicki Townsley accredited to do psychometric assessments to assist with recruitment and selection

We are pleased to announce that Vicki is now accredited with HOGREFE to perform psychometric assessments utilising their NEO Personality Inventory (PI-R).

The NEO PI-R, the standard questionnaire measure of the Five Factor Model (FFM), provides a detailed personality description that can be a valuable resource for a variety of professionals. The NEO PI-R is a concise measure of the five major domains of personality, as well as the six traits or facets that define each domain. Taken together, the five domain scales and 30 facet scales of the NEO PI-R, including the scales for the Agreeableness and the Conscientiousness domains, facilitate a comprehensive and detailed assessment of normal adult personality.

The NEO PI-R is recognised internationally as a gold standard for personality assessment. Today, reputable developers of personality tests for the occupational market will as a matter of course publish data on the relationship of their tests with the five factor model using one form or another of the NEO as the benchmark.
