Adam Cooper

 

Adam is best known for creating innovative leadership and wellbeing programmes. He has developed innovative and effective models of facilitation, coaching and change management and has gained a reputation for pioneering work to leverage the power of arts, diversity and creativity. He often works with leaders and their teams who need to systematically build the foundations for thriving health, adaptive teams, and sustained performance.

After an early career in corporate strategy, Adam understood what it took to create the conditions for authentic, resilient leadership. He began coaching and facilitating programmes whilst managing public sector teams 15 years ago.

He’s trusted by executives across sectors and is increasingly called upon to deliver coaching and facilitation training for others. He facilitates longstanding public leadership programs as well as in-house programs for organisations.

He is a Certified Professional Coach and studied Embodied Coaching with Strozzi institute. He holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship from Otago University and is an accredited provider for Leadership Circle, Genos Emotional Intelligence, TMP and Resilience at Work.
