Glenn is Australian and has lived and worked in Asia for 30+ years. With a background in Asian Studies, Education and Human Resources, he has an in-depth understanding of challenges organisations have when doing business in Asia. He delivers workshops in English and Mandarin.

Glenn is a dynamic and motivated facilitator with a proven record of generating and building relationships, managing L&D projects from design to delivery, and coaching teams and individuals to success. He is valued for his interactive style and focus on getting results. His aim is to help leaders and their teams work more effectively in our increasingly complex global environment. He is experienced in designing and delivering management and leadership programs at all levels within an organisation, from C-Suite to graduate level. He also works 1:1 with leaders; he is a certified executive coach.
