Ian Ferguson
Ian has been involved in the development of others all his working life – as teaching professional, direct salesperson, sales manager & director – culminating in the performance of sales professionals as a businessman and independent training consultant. He is passionate about training and development as the prime source of individual and corporate success.
He works with all levels of the commercial process from salesperson to senior management and incorporates techniques to find the optimal balance between theory, individual fulfilment and commercial reality.
Ian’s ethic comes from a desire to understand corporate and individual training needs and to create an environment that is conducive to honest self-examination and participation in behavioural development. With the maximum use of constructive feedback, he welcomes challenging situations that are both revealing and rewarding for participants.
His clients span a range of industries, including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Logistics, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industries. Among them: Baker Hughes, Amazon, E-ON, Fidelity International, Experian and BDO.
