Using her knowledge of change management methodologies, she drives operational challenges whilst mitigating and managing risk. Her ability to design and shift organisation structures and cultures allows her to deliver efficiency gains and long-term shareholder return.

With her strategic, customer and leadership experience, she’s adept at building highly engaged, agile teams who collaborate to drive the business agenda to another level.
Prior to coaching, Jax spent 3 decades improving customer outcomes and transforming P&Ls within HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds, ANZ and Ambank across 4 continents. She has a proven track record of developing sustainable customer solutions, driving innovation to improve regulation, and building succession programmes which build sustainable diverse talent pipelines.
Jax has a degree in Creative Arts and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Management.
