Katie is a Leadership Development Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator specialising in leadership, influence and impact, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and career development. She helps individuals and teams build confidence, resilience, and strong relationships to achieve greater fulfillment and performance at work.
With a background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in senior HR, Change Management, and Organisational Development roles, Katie now works extensively in financial services, insurance, professional services, IT, and regulatory sectors. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Certified Practitioner of EFT, and qualified to use various psychometric tools, including MBTI, Strengthscope, Lumina Spark, Saville WAVE, OPQ, and TKI. She is the author of The Professional Woman’s Guide to Giving Feedback (Impakt Publishing, 2014).
