Kirsty Thomas

 

Kirsty designs and delivers tailored initiatives for all levels of seniority in global companies, like leadership development programmes, employee value propositions, and progressive wellbeing strategies. She has both corporate and consulting experience in Human Resources roles for a range of organisations in the for-profit, government, and social enterprise sectors. She has been a guest lecturer on post-graduate courses at two Auckland universities.

Her prior roles have included Chief People and Culture Officer at Toitū Envirocare and Head of Strategy-People and Organisation for ASB. At ASB she co-designed the Leadership Framework (competencies, learning pathways, 360 assessments) and talent management framework to develop the capability and career development of 300 senior leaders and 900 managers to build diverse talent pipelines.

Kirtsy has lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands, Singapore, and New Zealand. She has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury, alongside a range of qualifications in coaching, psychometric tools, and human-centred design.
