Kris Cooper
Kris has over 30 years’ experience in planning, human resource management, marketing, training and consultancy roles, in tier 2 and 3 roles. She facilitates leadership development programmes at all levels and coaches leaders and their teams, with roles ranging from CEOs to specialist staff members.
Kris is a regular facilitator for Executive Education programmes at Otago University and also teaches on MBA programmes at Otago and the University of Canterbury.
Underpinning Kris’ style is enthusiasm, support and challenge for clients to be the best they can be; she loves seeing people and organisations set and achieve their goals.
Kris is MCom qualified; her thesis was about the impact of CEO leadership style on strategy adoption. She is a Distinguished Fellow of Human Resources New Zealand, a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, and an accredited mediator.
