Lina El-Assaad

Lina is a sales and marketing professional,and award-winning Executive, Leadership, and Team coach (ICF). She serves as the President of the ICF UAE Chapter, overseeing strategy and governance for the Board of Directors of the largest chapter in the MENA region.

Her coaching focuses on leadership development, career and executive transitions, coaching for performance, change management, well-being at work, and creating high-performing teams, among other areas. Lina's coaching work has been honoured through multiple awards, culminating in her recognition as the first-ever PCC coach to receive the prestigious Coaching Impact Award. This award acknowledges her exceptional contributions to the coaching profession through her thought leadership and the creation of significant and sustainable coaching impact for her clients.

Prior to coaching, Lina spent two decades working with Fortune 500 companies (Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, and Danone), leading multicultural teams to achieve and exceed organisational targets. She played a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of sales teams and key opinion leaders through comprehensive training initiatives focused on product knowledge and selling skills. As such, she brings a wealth of expertise to her coaching practice, blending coaching science and methodologies with years of business acumen to provide practical and effective coaching solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
