Masa Fujino

Masa is an international facilitator and coach specialising in leadership and management, and cross cultural communication skills. With over 25 years of experience, he facilitates team coaching, designs and delivers sessions on conflict resolution, diversity, and organisational change.

Masa was educated in Japan and the U.S. schools, graduating from the University of Arizona majoring in Psychology, with further graduate work in Educational Psychology. In addition to his extensive training and development career, he is experienced in various 360 psychometrics and Personal Profile System.

Masa is fluent in English and Japanese and conducts training and coaching sessions in both languages.
