Ruchira Chaudhary

 

Ruchira is an experienced facilitator and coach. She teaches and frequently coaches MBA students and senior business executives as affiliate faculty at several business schools. She works with high potentials, carries out leadership assessments, including assessing the behavioural and leadership competencies of C-suite Leaders, and coaches Senior Directors, CEOs and Top Teams.

Prior to coaching Ruchira held leadership roles in Medtronic, and AIG in Singapore, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Qatar Telecom (now Oredoo) in Qatar and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in India. Her diverse and eclectic background in mergers and acquisitions, organisation effectiveness and strategy execution, coupled with two decades of experience in emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, allows her to grasp challenging people issues.

Ruchira has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Masters in Communication Management and a BA in Economics. In 2022 she won the Woman of Excellence Award from the Federation of Indian Achievers. She is the author of the book Coaching: The Secret Code to Uncommon Leadership commissioned by Penguin Random House.
