Wolfgane Miao

Wolfgane delivers online training programmes and workshops in leadership development, sales performance and customer service. He works across Asia, mostly in China, Taiwan and Singapore. Clients value his ability to provide concise, constructive feedback and clarity to complex situations, including high-level strategic perspectives. He works with clients at all levels, from C-Suite executives to new managers.

As well as delivering workshops, Wolfgane is a Master Trainer, working with client facilitators to accredit their bespoke training content for internal delivery. He continues to coach and support these trainers to ensure their long term success.

Prior to consulting and training, Wolfgane held senior leadership positions in marketing, government relationships, channel management and extensively in sales. With his business and leadership experience, he understands the pressures and challenges his clients face.
